Baby steps.

Coming to the end of my second semester of college now, and it feels like time is flying! Overall I felt this semester was good. However it will be nice next semester when classes start to get more advanced. I feel like I’ve been using the beginner skills for years now. Time to move on to something more exciting! (Like typography, which I’m quite excited for.)

Despite how quick time passes I know I still have quite some time to come. Around a year and a half until I have my diploma but I don’t think I want to stop there. I’m contemplating going to Emily Carr or Simon Fraser University for my BA in Design as soon as I’m done. The diploma was a necessary step to be accepted to a University due to my lack of high school grades and just a good portfolio development tool in general. So a year and a half left in my diploma, and an additional three and a half for my degree. I don’t really mind the time. I like learning.
